We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and organization details. We also collect flight operations data you enter into the app, such as flight logs, schedules, expenses, aircraft details, and crew information.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Sky Duty service, including scheduling, flight logging, maintenance tracking, and expense management. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for cloud data storage with row-level security policies. Local data on your device is stored using on-device encrypted storage.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Sky Duty:

• Clerk for authentication
• Supabase for cloud data storage
• RainViewer and Aviation Weather Center for weather data
• FAA Registry for aircraft lookup data

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@skyduty.com. You may also export your flight logs and records from within the app.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
