Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sky Duty, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Sky Duty is a flight operations management platform that provides scheduling, digital flight logging, maintenance tracking, expense management, and crew coordination tools for general aviation operators.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it current.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sky Duty only for lawful purposes related to flight operations management. You may not use the service to store or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Sky Duty, including flight logs, schedules, expenses, and aircraft records. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Sky Duty is not a substitute for official FAA record-keeping requirements. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable aviation regulations.
Limitation of Liability
Sky Duty is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data. We will retain your data for 30 days after account deletion, after which it will be permanently removed.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Sky Duty after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
